This lovely Lambrusco cocktail is a tropical, lightly sweet, romantic summer evening treat. Perfect for a tropical pool party, luau or classy summer soiree!

A purple cocktail in a tumbler on a wooden table, garnished with tropical dry and fresh flowers.

I imagine Ginger sipping this cocktail on the shore of Gilligan’s Island at night, admiring how the moonlight glistens on the deck of the shipwrecked SS. Minnow.

The waves lapping at the shore, the palm trees blowing in the breeze, tropical flowers in bloom… not caring if she ever gets home, for a little while.

I added a tiny bit of my homemade hibiscus liqueur to this cocktail. It’s SO easy to make yourself. You just need some dry hibiscus flowers (easily found on Amazon) and an alcohol like Vodka or Everclear.

Where did you get flowers for the garnish?

Gosh. It was a long time ago. I know a few were small cherry blossoms from my back yard, but the other dry ones, I can’t quite remember. I believe you can find dry flowers like those on Amazon.
