This Blackberry Raven lambrusco cocktail is a little sparkly, a little sweet and perfect for a spooky Halloween signature!

I’ve noticed there aren’t a lot of lambrusco cocktails floating around the internet, and considering that it’s so perfect for Halloween, I’m going to offer up my own!

I’ve finally decided on my signature cocktail for my Halloween party! It will be this tasty Blackberry Raven! I don’t want to be shaking up cocktails away from my guests at the party, so I’m going to mix this cocktail up in a punch bowl with some dry ice and black berry garnishes on the side!

I suggest using either a single black berry, blackberry and lychee, or if you want your cocktail to have an aromatic flair, add a little fresh eucalyptus garnish like I’ve done.

If you want more spooOOOOooooOOOky Cocktail inspiration, I have a few more that your Halloween party guests will love!

If you can’t find bottled or boxed lychee juice, check your canned fruit isle. For parties, I grab cans of lychees in lychee juice and simply use the juice for the cocktails, and garnish the drinks with the lychees 😉

I use the Lini Lambrusca brand lambrusco. The Lini brand has different kinds of lambrusco, I believe, and I used their Lambrusco Rosso. It’s the darkest, richest one 😉

Could this be made ahead of time?

It depends just how far in advance you’d like to make it. Lambrusco is bubbly, so if it’s made an hour or more before a party, it will start to go flat. What I would suggest is mixing together all of the other ingredients into your punch bowl, then just as your first guests arrive, pour your Lambruso into the bowl! That’s what I did at my Halloween party last year. I hope you enjoy this cocktail! Your guests will love it!
