10 Lovely Fourth of July Desserts

These Fourth of July desserts are perfect for barbecues, beach days and picnics under the fireworks! Some will cool you down, some are served toasty – some are entirely gluten-free, vegan, and dairy free too! Treat yourself and your family to these 10 sweet recipes!

I’ve put together a few of my own sweet recipes, and a few from my friends, into a lovely list of treats that your guests will love! Recipes with summer fruits, creamy mousse, unexpected flavors and some just for grownups. Boozy ice pops and jello (oh my!)

And if you’re looking for side dishes or cocktails to go with these desserts, I’ve got plenty for summer celebrations! And if you want even more inspiration, help yourself to all of my 4th of July recipes! Enjoy these desserts, and have a wonderful holiday!

1. Layered Peach & Raspberry Crisp

2. Strawberry Rhubarb Tart

The cheesecake is creamy and light, but stays nice and firm. The strawberry rhubarb is not overly sweet, and the whole tart is simply the taste of summer! This tart only takes about 1 hour to make. The rest is simply cooling and setting.
