The French Gimlet is refreshingly elegant, delightfully floral with lime citrus, and perfect for a lovely cocktail party signature.

A cocktail with a gold rim, garnished with hydrangea flowers on a black table.

This cocktail is my go-to for dinner and cocktail parties at any time of year, and for any occasion. I’ll often pre-mix at least 1 or 2 glass bottles of it before cocktail parties so all I have to do is pour, shake, garnish and serve.

Make sure to frost your glasses and shake this one nice and hard. It’s best served extra frosty.
