Cherry Blossom season is one of my favorite times of year. The trees are bright pink and flowers of every color are starting to bloom on every street in my neighborhood. I thought I’d pick a few flowers outside and add them to my sake lychee martini, and a sweet little cheese plate.

You just need a nice sake and a can of lychees in juice. The juice in canned lychees is a bit sweeter than juice you’ll find in a bottle, so I prefer it as a cocktail mixer.
