Elegant Apricot and Goat Cheese Appetizers

These elegant apricot appetizers are topped with goat cheese, walnuts and a drizzle of honey. With only 4 ingredients they’re the simplest appetizers that make a big, tasty impression!

Ingredients

  • 20 dry apricots
  • 2 oz. goat cheese
  • 20 unsalted walnuts
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • fresh thyme – optional for garnish

Instructions

  • Lay 20 apricots onto a serving plate. Top each apricot with ½ teaspoon goat cheese.
  • Gently press walnuts into the cheese. Lightly drizzle each one with honey. You can also sprinkle them with a little fresh thyme for extra garnish.

Notes

You can make these a whole 1-2 hours before the party. Assemble them, but wait to drizzle them with honey. Cover them with cellophane and refrigerate. When ready, drizzle them with honey and serve.
