Muddle 3 blackberries with 1 spring of rosemary in a cocktail shaker. Add 3 oz. sake, 1 oz. St. Germain and 1/2 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice.
Add ice and shake. Place blackberry garnish on glass and pour cocktail over a mesh cocktail strainer.
To frost the blackberries for garnish:
Skewer 2 blackberries onto a cocktail pin and place them in the freezer for 2 to 3 hours. Once you remove them from the freezer, they’ll begin to quickly frost. When completely frozen, they’ll stay beautifully frosted for at least 10-15 minutes after they’re removed from the freezer.
