Sparkling Blackberry Cocktail with Rosemary & Citrus

  • 1 oz. jigger
  • cocktail strainer
  • coup glass

Ingredients

  • 3 oz. Prosecco
  • ½ oz. Grand Marnier
  • ¼ oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 4 blackberries
  • 2 large rosemary sprigs
  • 2 cinnamon sticks

Instructions

  • Frost a coup glass for at least 5 minutes.
  • Add 4 large blackberries, 2 large rosemary sprigs, ¼ ounce fresh lemon juice, ½ ounce Grand Marnier and 1 ounce prosecco to a cocktail shaker. Carefully muddle the ingredients until the blackberries are nicely muddled. Add 2 cinnamon sticks, replace the lid and give it all a nice shake. Allow it to sit for 3-5 minutes to let the cinnamon soak.
  • Remove the lid and add 2 more ounces of prosecco with ice. Quickly, but gently, stir everything together. Replace the lid and pour over a strainer into frosted coup glass. Serve.
