This cocktail is a lovely gin and tonic, but with a little pomegranate tart and sweetness.
I’m making as many cherry blossom drinks as I can while the blossoms are still in bloom. I love a good gin and tonic, but with a little pomegranate sweetness and a few cherry blossoms for garnish, it’s a little more special (and a lot prettier).
