This Sweet Pea sake cocktail tastes like a fresh, sparkling Spring afternoon! So feminine and light!
Who knew the flavors of peach, raspberry and snap pea would complement each other so nicely? As with all of my cocktails, I like to add as many fresh, and easy to find ingredients as possible.
For this cocktail, I used Santa Cruz Organic Peach Lemonade, which you can find at most grocery stores.

The Sweet Pea Cocktail
- 3 ounces mild sake
- 1 ounce Santa Cruz Organic Peach Lemonade
- A splash of soda
- A small handful of sugar snap peas
- A small handful of fresh raspberries
- Muddle snap peas and raspberries in a cocktail shaker. Add a handful of ice, your sake and peach lemonade. Shake vigorously. Remove the top, and add a splash of soda. Replace the top and pour into a chilled glass. Garnish with pretty little snap peas.
